Allen County Children Services has 67 employees as of January, 2008
Agency staff are divided into two categories; those
who work with the children and families (direct services) and those which
carry a support role (support services).

Foster Care/Adoption Services
Family Aide Services
The minimum educational requirement for Child Welfare Caseworkers,
staff who provide direct services to children and families, is a Bachelors
Degree in Social Work or related field.
