Personnel
Allen County Children Services has 64 employees as of January, 2010. Agency staff are divided into two categories; those who work with the children and families (direct services) and those which carry a support role (support services).
DIRECT SERVICES
- Intake/Investigation
- Ongoing Protective/In-Home Services
- Foster Care/Adoption Services
- Family Aide Services
The minimum educational requirement for Child Welfare Caseworkers, staff who provide direct services to children and families, is a Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field.
SUPPORT SERVICES
- Administration
- Finance
- Management Information
- Clerical Support
